Shipping Charges for 48 contiguous states are calculated as follows:

There will be an additional charge to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. All charges will be pre-approved by our customers via email or phone prior to shipping. We will hold the order until we have received approval of the quoted shipping charge. Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes and tariffs incurred.
